Ill double check the reality of those backups. I will keep using MozyPro, but I wont be as trusting of the software. MozyPro doesnt always download even if that window tells you it does. Now they're telling me they have an audit log that shows one of our admin accounts deleted the roles, but they won't tell me which one unless I open a paid L4 ticket with them.
